cm_ConfigChangeIniFiles modification
Now this command opens wincmd.ini and wcx_ftp.ini in notepad. But with TC7 this command became pretty useless for people who use section redirection a lot. My suggestion is: open also files which contain redirected sections. Of course, I'm not against making this configurable.

Perhaps instead of opening a zillion instances of notepad, it could prompt the user with a dialog containing all the files and let him select which ones to open. This dialog could also contain a way to select which editor to use, notepad or the user-selected F4 one (which was request some time ago).

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3 (very rarely nowadays).
x64: Clients/Servers - Win10/Win11 and Win2K16 to Win2K22, mainly Win10 though.
