Resource extractor plugin

The problem is that I don't know how to get where plugin located.

Maybe calling GetModuleFileName(hDllModule, ...) and extracting the path from the result could help...

- Solved problems with ini-file location. Ini-file from the directory, where plugin is placed, is used; no more senseless messages on every plugin usage
- Solved problems with "DllMain"; configuration application can always be called

Error in packer plugin "exe_" reading the file "E:\(...)\IcoFX.exe" !

I use ResExtract 1.1.1 and TC 7 RC1. I see this error message every time I try to get into IcoFX executable. XN Resource editor has no problems with this file.
