Compare Files By Content - malfunction after Resync

I have two source files (about 35 KB each) that have 22 differences.
After I use Resync Comparison From Here, the tool says in the status bar that there is only 1 difference now (after resync). As a result Next/Prev Difference buttons stop working. But there are a lot of differences after Resync (around 20) and they are highlighted correctly. I don't want to post the files here but I can send them via email to the author if it's hard to reproduce (I didn't send because as far as I know emails with attachments are filtered out by your server).

TC7pb2, WinXP Prof SP2.

I couldn't reproduce this problem when you reported it. Either it had already been fixed by then, or I tried the wrong things.

Could you please try to reproduce it with beta 3? If you can, then please give me step by step instructions.

I cannot reproduce the problem in TC 7 RC 4.
