I use Ctrl+Alt+F5 shortcut to pack files to the same directory and there is small bug with selecting name parts when there is only file name (not whole path).
To reproduce:
Press C+A+F5 and it appears pack dialog with for instance such archive name: "rar:some_name.rar"
Next press A+F5 and this part is selected: "rar:some_name" when it should be "some_name"
It seems that this cycle algorithm check only existence of "\" character and select form it to last dot on right side.

Hmm, it's the question which is better, because when you leave out the packer part, the file will be copied...

Exactly. And who would need to copy a file by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F5? So, the most probable is that the user do not need to replace "rar:" part with something else, and that means that there is no need to select this part.ghisler(Author) wrote:Hmm, it's the question which is better, because when you leave out the packer part, the file will be copied...
