It's not a bug, in the sense of causing problems, but I noticed a difference in behaviour when opening Config/buttonbar.
Before, the slider, so the focus, started at the extreme left. Now it starts at the extreme right.

Yes, it's the intended behaviour added in TC explicitly. See history.txt:

Yes this had been changed because new buttons are more likely added to the end than at the front of the buttonbar.
