Compare by content: right panel scroll bar is lost

if you start Compare by content and the panels view is (side by side) then switch to the view (panels above each other) then back to the view (side by side) again, you will find that, the right panel scroll bar is losted.

tested under WinME/ WinXP-SP2 - all TC release

Heh, I never noticed, I always thought that one scrollbar is enough. But no, there actually is a second scrollbar.

it is very important because without it i cannot use the mouse wheel to scroll the right panel

In earlier versions, the right panel didn't have a scrollbar. I must have added it by user request, but the removal when switching views remained...
