TC7rc5 - Change attributes, + button, location popup menu

Dialog: Change attributes
Button: "+" (when changing plugin attributes)

Menu pops up at the location of the mouse cursor. That can be anywhere for keyboard users. Maybe some (disabled) users doesn't even have a mouse installed..

Suggested location: near the button

Oops!

I agree: the menu should appear on the button ni that case.

OK, not really a big problem either - postponed until after the release of TC7.
