Lister - press cntrl-g to goto line number

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

As in the subject - especially useful now that we have a cursor in TC7....

Unfortunately the line number isn't known to lister, because it reads only a small part around the current position into memory. This is the only way to view very large files very quickly. To know the current line, Lister would have to read the entire file from the beginning up to the current location. For the same reason there is also no syntax highlighting.
