Tooltip over [..]

When I hold a cursor over [..], a tooltip is shown. And it's contents are quite unexpected. I think that it shouln't be shown at all.

Confirmed - it's not a big bug though.

Bug probably introduced here (not verified):

08.05.07 Added: Hint and overwrite dialog custom fields: Support field contents not containing any plugin fields, e.g. to show a fixed text for a specific file type

I have tried with both some custom field hints and some overwrite cutom fields defined - but I cannot reproduce this phenomenon.

Any idea what precise settings is needed to reproduce it?

It only happens if there is user-defined tooltip confgured that matches the .. entry. This could be for example

Ah, thanks, I could reproduce it now! I had all kinds of custom tooltips defined, but all for specific file types. At least it doesn't do any harm.
