Create folder dialog (F7) - support for %P %N etc

F7 dialog inserts the active file name into edit field by default. Would be nice to add an ini parameter, to specify what macros (%P %N etc) are used for this field. For example:

[Options]
F7DialogDefault=%P%N


If the value is empty, the empty string should be in F7 dialog by default, like in older TC versions.
