Tc.hlp file has not openable URLs

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Most of URLs are not openable. Try, for example,
SoftKey.ru link on Registration page, or ASP link in "We are a member" page

Unfortunately ALL URLs cannot work - it just doesn't work in 16-bit HLP files. I have to use them for Vista, sorry.
