Alt-F7 FindFile / Text: trailing spaces dropped in history

Post by *StatusQuo »

Press Alt-F7, search for *.* (or any other file mask),
containing text with some trailing spaces ": ",
start the search, then abort or wait until it's finished.

Set Cursor into textbox "Find text" - the trailing spaces are still there.
Now use the history function there by pressing Cursor_Down (or using drop-down menu with the mouse)
=> the trailing spaces are gone (not saved in history).

Indeed trailing spaces are lost in the history. Currently it's not possible to preserve them, sorry.
