TC7.01 - Custom columns, backslash t

Post by *white »

Create a custom column containing "\t". (example "name:[=myplugin.name]\total:[=myplugin.total]")
It seems to work fine, but now edit custom columns again. The "\t" is replaced by a tab character. Clicking OK will remove the tab character and all characters after that.

The "\t" is replaced by a tab character.
Just to be curious: Why do you use a backslash in usual text ? Common notation is a simple slash.

Who said I am doing that? I don't even use custom columns.

I will check that. You seem to have a flair for trying out things which no one would ever do...

Maybe they do, but simply do not investigate and report it.
