ini file location in another windows

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

when installing totalcmd there is an help tip says that if select ini file location "in totalcmd dir" it will be common for two operation systems but it is not so.

Put UseIniInProgramDir=7 in your wincmd.ini file (placed in your TC dir), then it should work.
