improvement for lister's ie plugin

i want there would be "previous" and "next" buttons to browze html files in local catalog-directory.

Use the Universal Viewer (AT Viewer).
Its much better than IEView and has all the option you are searching.
It understands TC Lister plugins, supports Unicode and much more.
