Total Commander Ultima Prime - What is it?

I was searching the net for plugins for TC when I found a site for TC Ultima Prime, some of the features are pretty good, however it installs itself seperately from TC and I am a bit worried about copying my reg key over to the directory it created (assuming that will work in order to stop the nag screen?)

Basically will doing that work and it wont send my reg. details to the author of TCUP? Also is it officially recognised by the devs of TC as it installs TC 7.01 into its newly created directory. I am just a bit weary

Don't worry, TCUP is just TC with some preinstalled stuff. It collects no information from users and yes, the key will work normally.
