Sync Dirs over FTP: new option"force refresh of remote

When using Sync Dirs with FTP on one side, I often notice that a cached (and outdated) copy of my remote dirs is used.
Even though I see CWD and other FTP commands flashing by (which falsely suggests that it is looking for new data...), it still uses the cached dir listings.

Could you make an option "always refresh remote dirs" to fix this?

This already exists, but it's in the configuration of the FTP connection itself (Ctrl+F) - Edit. You need to uncheck the LAST option of that dialog (cache directories).
