Taskbar changes place?

After updating my iPaq(3950)'s ROM from 1.00 to 1.11,
the tsakbar (normally at the upper edge of the screen)
and TC's menu bar (normally at the lower edge of the screen)
have changed place - why?
It is more convenient to see the time in the upper right corner
and to choose TC's commands from the lower edge.

The old PalmPC devices had the TC menu at the top, and the taskbar at the bottom. The new PocketPC devices have the opposite: Main menu at the bottom, start menu at the top.

If it's the opposite, you may have installed the wince version instead of the PocketPC version.

No, I installed tcmdpocket_121.
OS is Pocket PC 3.0.11171 (Build 11178)
iPAQ 3950 with Rom-Version 1.11
Normally Taskbar is at the top.
After starting TotalCommander,
Taskbar is at the bottom,
menue bar is at the top!

This really sounds like the OS is seing a version for an older Windows CE device! Could you please zip the cecmd.exe and send it to me by e-mail (support at ghisler dot com)?
