FTP Server plug-in
Hi there,
I'd like to know if it does exist an "FTP server plug-in" able to makes the current path accessible through FTP.
If not I - could - propose myself as writer of such a thing.
Cheers

Such a plugin wouldn't make much sense, because the server would only run while Total Commander is running. Just use one of the many standalone FTP servers out there.

Yes, exactlyYou mean like "FTP SERVER" instance Question
I.E.: User selects some dir(s)/file(s) and simply share it by FTP Protocol???
I'm the maintainer of an FTP server library written in Python.
A such kind of plug-in has been included into a program called "FarManager" which is similar to Total Commander.
In few words, after having installed such plug-in into FarManager it is possible to "share" the current directory via FTP by pressing F2 key.
I find that it could be a useful feature to have also in Total Commander.
I'd like to try it anyway, just for the heck of it.Such a plugin wouldn't make much sense, because the server would only run while Total Commander is running. Just use one of the many standalone FTP servers out there.
If it's not a good idea, not accepted by the community, no problem. I'll be the only one using it.

Could you please provide me some resources/useful links?
How can I write a plug-in?
Does it exist some kind of "Total commander API"?
Which programming languages are supported? Is it a problem if I'm using Python?
Thanks in advance for your help.
I think it's a good idea. I'll be waiting for beta version of it. Now when I want something quick I sometimes use the tool Hacker mentioned here. It's a nice tool but very simple.
