allow interaction during uncompression and drag & drop

Hi!

A feature that I'd very much like to see is allow interaction while I'm uncompressing something, or while a drag & drop is running.
For instance when I copy a 100mb album to my IPOD, I use drag&drop to another software. That will freeze Total Commander for 1 minute.
When I'm uncompressing something that's several gigabytes in size, it will take several minutes, so I always have to open another instance of Total Commander to keep working.
Also it would be nice to be able to put uncompression windows in the background, just like when you're copying something, so you could unpack several things at once. (it does have a use, for instance m0 ("store") compression, you have multiple core CPUs, uncompressing on multiple HDDs)
