'Disable' checkboxes in Custom columns edit

I propose to add it before each "Caption - Width - Align - Field contetns" field.
Reason:
- I have some preferred views with many columns.
In some case I want to show only few columns to somebody.
It's more quickly to disable unsed colums then create a new one.
Now it's also possible to deleting unused columns... but it's very unuseful - anyway I'm recreating them later.

Thank you - that helped. I see now how the disable/enable option of individual Custom columns was already in your early proposal.
