Today, I opened a small sized HTML page with F3 in TC just to view its contents. I was very surprised to get redirected to another page, like I would have been in the web browser.
View should mean "view only" and not browse. Is there a way to disable any scripting, Java and ActiveX in IEWebLister without disabling it for IE, too?

IEWebLister - Disable JavaScript by default, please

Thank your for this comment. HTMLView allows you to deactivate the other dangerous IE features, too. I just don't understand why ActiveX is enabled by default. This should be disabled in the .ini file after installation.dott wrote:With IEWebLister I think not, but both "IEView" and "HTMLView" have an option in the INI file:
AllowScripting= 0 to disable | 1 to enable
