case rename in UAC area

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

When only renaming the case of a filename in an UAC restricted area nothing happens. The "as administrator" dialog is missing.

The dialog is shown only when I get back an error - maybe the system reports success in this case? I will check that.
