SSH Plugin

I installed the SSH plugin on TC 5.51, and TC's FS-Plugins menu shows that indeed the plugin is installed. Now, as written in several help files, I should see in "Network Neighborhood" a new entry named "Secure FTP Connections". But, how stupid... where's this "Network Neighborhood"? There's not a single menu anywhere in TC with this name...
