Queue stops working when holding scrollbar

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Queue stops working when holding scrollbar

Queue (for ex. for copying files) stops working when user holds (or moves) the horizontal scrollbar. It seems as an error in runtime or compiller, so it's probable that such problem is present in other places in the program too.

It has already been discussed. It's not a problem of TC, but the behaviour of Windows itself.
