AFAIK it is only supposed to work from command line.

You can make a button in the button bar:

Command: path_to_imagine\imagine.exe
Parameters: %P%N /wallpaper:2

Danish Total Commander Translator
TC 11.51 32+64bit on Win XP 32bit & Win 7, 8.1 & 10 (22H2) 64bit, 'Everything' 1.5.0.1391a

Hi,

If the option "Fit only larger images to window" (L) is checked in lister, Imagine always fit to window the small images (with F3 or QuickView). By default, I have enabled the option "fit only big images" in Imagine.
I installed the plugin SGviewer for check this behaviour and it worked as was expected.

Is possible change this behaviour in Imagine? or It is a bug :? :?:
I can read English, but... I write like Tarzan. (sorry)

I updated the package with your most latest German translation.
And I replaced my language template file.
Your template file looks better than me. ;)
But '1045="Target directory"' cannot be replaced.
Because it is(and will be) used as a meaning of 'common directory'.
(Not limited to 'target' directory.)
Thank you!!! :)

I updated the package with your Danish translation.
Always thank you!!! :)

Currently, 'Fit only larger images to window' in Lister doesn't work as expected. It'll be fixed as soon as possible.

And, 'Set as wallpaper' will(should) work corectly now.

Thank you.

Thank you for the flowers. :)

Oh, that's a pity. I've checked every dialog in the plugin/viewer previous to changing string 1045 to "Target directory" in order to not break anything. I changed it because when I used the Batch conversion dialog in the plugin I was irritated as to whether "Directory" refers to source or target directory.
You'll have to edit the german translation for string 1045 as well (1045="Verzeichnis"). Maybe you can add support for the string "target directory" with a future release?

Currently when the option "Don't notify end/begin of the directory" is enabled, Imagine cycles through the end/begin of a directory. Could you please add an additional option that allows to set "don't cycle through the end/begin of a directory". So when "Don't notify end/begin..." is disabled, this "don't cycle end/begin..." option wouldn't be activateable (greyed out), and when "don't notify..." is enabled, this "don't cycle..." option would become activateable too (no more greyed out).

Menu Example:

Code: Select all

( ) Don't notify end/begin of the directory <- currently disabled
( ) Don't cycle through end/begin of directory <- not activateable (greyed out)

(x) Don't notify end/begin of the directory <- enabled
   ( ) Don't cycle through end/begin of directory <- activateable
I hope this makes sense to you. :)

Imagine v1.0 beta 10
http://www.nyam.pe.kr

Third release of the updated German and English translation: download (RapidShare.com) · download (Savefile.com)

My not to be named fellow translation companion just told me that he pulled my leg regarding the previous Umlaut conversion in the german translation. After several month! It was because of him that the german Umlauts "ä ö ü" got replaced by "ae oe ue" which was now reverted. Also there were made some minor improvements to both the english and german translation again.

So what, if The Matrix can have three relases, I can do as well. 8)

@nyam
If you take my previous request into consideration, please replace the word "directory" with "folder". Thank you. :)

Menu Example #2:

Code: Select all

( ) Don't notify end/begin of folder <- currently disabled
( ) Don't cycle through end/begin of folder <- not activateable (greyed out)

(x) Don't notify end/begin of folder <- enabled
   ( ) Don't cycle through end/begin of folder <- activateable

Oh, the 'Target directory' is already exist.
(I haven't been noticed. ;))
I changed the 'directory' item to 'target directory' item in batch conversion dialog.

And, I replace the whole "directory" string with "folder". :)

It'll be implemented in beta 11.
I also need that option. Thank you.

I've updated my package just now.
I'll upload the file to my account and TOTALCMD.NET.

I just noticed that in the EXIF Information window the three fields:

X Resolution
Y Resolution
Resolution unit

are shown twice (in the top and near the bottom of the list).

It seems that the JPEG file really has the three fields twice.
(Imagine doesn't filter existing fields. ;) )

If necessary, 'removing duplicated fields' feature may be implemented.

Aha - OK.

Not for my sake. I just reported it as an observation, it's no big deal to me.

Umhhh... Perhaps this information is from the thumbnail attached in the picture. Many JPG files and other formats have it (normally in pictures from digital cameras)

2nyam

Please could you review this comment: http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=140263#140263 it was wrote a time ago, but nobody has confirmated it, Maybe I'm doing something wrong. hmmm... :?

I`ll try to tell a bit more of details:

Well, I have Imagine configured as my default viewer and in the second position in the list of wlx plugins (the first is Apploader)
I've also irfanview (for rare extensions) configurated in wincmd.ini with the next line: IviewAdditionalTypes=*.cr2 *.crv *.svg....

The problem is when I try browse with lister or quickview through a directoy where there are pictures with big dimensions (more than my screen resolution) and small pictures. Of course in such directory there are files supported by Imagine and others that NOT, but supported by irfanview. Imagine is set to: "Fit only big images"

Now in lister, if is active "fit only larger images to window" (L)... work fine while I view a big image not supported by imagine with irfanview (it is fit to windows, all ok), but if the next image in the index is supported by imagine and the image is samall (example: an icon 32x32 pixels) then it is enlarged to the window too.

I have tested a combination of sgviewer/irfanview and work as is expected.

EDITED: //

Please Nyam, ignore the cyan text. I did NOT saw your answer

SORRY. //

-----------------

BTW: When I press F3 over a CR2 file, Imagine crash with «Unknown error»
My partial solution is: detect=MULTIMEDIA & ext!="CR2"

Perhaps this information is from the thumbnail attached in the picture.
The values are the same in both places for images taken with my Canon Ixus IV - so I don't think so.

Now in lister, if is active "fit only larger images to window" (L)...
Please see http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=141860#141860 where Nyam has promised to fix the "Fit only larger images to window" issue.
