Pack file dialog: Tab key always select Zip packer

When showing "Pack file" dialog box, if the current packer is not Zip and you press Tab key, it will always select Zip option when focus comes to packer group.

It is standard windows behaviour for groups of objects. You can move inside the group with the areow keys.

The normal Windows behaviour is that, the current selected option got the focus then you can use arrow keys to change the option, but here the first option is auto selected.

Also, if you tab backwards (Shift+Tab) then TC first jumps to the selected packer (fx RAR) and then to ZIP and selects it.

if you immediately selects frst ZIP and some ofter packer with the mouse, then tabbing works as expected afterwards.

So there is something odd with tabbing in that dialog for sure!
