ForceDel - a tool that deletes locked files

[configuration] section:
WarningLevel=X
Sets default warning level to X. Command line switch overwrites it.

X should be 0 / 1 for all but ToRecycleBin, which can be set to 2 (2 means - "try it, but it you fail, delete normally").

They set position of FD window. Do not edit them manually, just run FD, move window, close it.
