cm_SrcShort & SpecialCursorMovement=2

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

cm_SrcShort & SpecialCursorMovement=2

Post by *sas2000 »

Hi, in cm_SrcShort view mode (SpecialCursorMovement=2) right arrow key doesn't work as expected, IMO it should work as it does in cm_SrcLong mode.

This way we'll use:

Left/Right for SpecialCursorMovement=2
Up/Down & PageUp/PageDown keys to scroll directories.

Thanks.

No, the current behaviour is intentional. How would you go through the columns if right arrow would go down the directory under the cursor? It would be a pain! So the effect is that left arrow goes to the first item ONLY when in the leftmost column, and then a directory up when on the first item.
