some new bugs with StartupGuard_0.4.5:
1) Some applications shows as enable (but truly they are not executed on Windows startup). After I disable them, I can't enable them.
2) If I disable an application, I see only disable icon (and it's ok), after that I enable it, and see both enable and disable icons

True... in some cases I can't enable them again but in other cases.. I can enable them but they create another item - so I have 2 items with the same name but one is enabled, another not.
Sorry, I've just read exeactly what SUKER wrote and... I wrote exactly the same...
So I just only confirm SUKER's post.

yes, 0.4.6 work good
I suggest some improvements:
for example: I have same item - 'desktop' in "StartUp" and "User\StartUp\" sections. In "Overall" they union in one item 'desktop', if both are enable or disable. I suggest to use same prefix to recognize items from different section...

Ok, I have item - 'desktop' in "StartUp". When I disable it, in start->programs (ïóñê->ïðîãðàìû) appear a new program group with name - 'Start-'.
Understand? I new, that my Engl. is too bad
