bzip2 plugin updated

There is a new version of my bzip2 plugin now available: 1.1
You can find it on http://www.ghisler.com/plugins.htm

The plugin is now using the latest bzip library 1.0.5, which fixes various security problems. The plugin also contains Unicode functions for the upcoming TC 7.5 which I added before the security problems of the bzip2 library became known.

The source of the plugin is now available too!
