Lister doesn't work while there's "Crash in plugin"

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

While TC shows the "Crash in plugin" message, it doesn't react to cm_List message. I think it's a bug, because this message is modeless and doesn't appear on taskbar, so when it's covered by TC it's pretty invisible.

Sorry, "Crash in plugin" is in an exception handler, it needs to be closed to continue normal operation. It's also not guaranteed that the plugin hasn't damaged anything in TC during the crash.

So it should be modal.
