Background: URL links in .dat files can be preserved no longer than for 99 days. Even if stored - a good idea - , they cannot be viewed then through F3/F4. On the other hand, bookmarkers will store and keep these links with a new date. Therefore, keeping and handling URL links becomes a special wish for TC users. Why not realize it as a plug-in?
MSIE Cache Browser 1.2.5.2 by Alexey Torgashin, as a TC plug-in, can perform some job. However, there is a lot else to do in order to approach to the features available in these standalone tools:

This utility reads all information from the history file on your
computer, and displays the list of all URLs that you have visited in the
last few days. It also allows you to select one or more URL addresses,
and then remove them from the history file or save them into text, HTML
or XML file. In addition, you are allowed to view the visited URL list of
other user profiles on your computer, and even access the visited URL
list on a remote computer, as long as you have permission to access the
history folder.
