CDlabel not working

When [DriveHints] section contains the description for CD drive, CDlabel option seems to not working.

I have:

[DriveHints]

Imho CDlabel should have priority or it should be configurable:

CDlabel=X

where X:
0 - do not get,
1 - get like it is now,
2 - get and overwrite DriveHints,

I would not call this a bug. CDlable just turns on/off retrieving label from CD/DVD drive, and not displaying the hint at all.

I think, this should be moved into TC Suggestions.

Indeed the DriveHints section takes precedence over all other types of labels. This is by design. Why would you define a drive hint if you prefer to get the value from the operating system?

That is because only sometimes I'd like to have Windows value for some drives.
Maybe this is a little bit weird but I prefer to have my own "DVD" label if there is no disc instead of "Stacja dysków DVD-RAM". It is shorter and consistent with TC's English language I've chosen. Simply: I don't like apps with mixed languages.
