closing compare by content being invisible error: Cannot....

minor bug:
execute a compare by content, then minimize window, later try to close this window being invisible by right click on Windows Taskbar results in Msg: "Cannot focus a disabled or invisible window, Please report this error to the Author, with a description of what you were doing when this error occured!" (Windows XP SP2)
