For example:
You have browsed a directory in a archieve like "C:\Archive.zip\folder".
Now you open other directory other than "C:\Archive.zip".
So in the history list there is a item "C:\Archive.zip/folder"
Use 'Shift + Click' or 'Shift + Enter' for this item can only open the C:\ in the new tab but not "C:\Archive.zip\folder".
Open in the current tab works OK.
If you are being in the Archive "C:\Archive.zip", then open in the new tab from history list works OK too.
History list: Open in a new tab for visited Archive not work

Confirmed too!

Indeed this isn't currently supported. Maybe in a later release.

<Feature Added in T.C. 7.03>
Creating a new folder tab in the current panel works for folder history entries which point to a subfolder inside an archive.
E.g.: the entry in the folder history reads "d:\Downloads\Zips\Opera\Phoenity Native.zip\mail_headers\"
+ Select the entry.
+ Either <shift>click on it or press <Shift><Enter>.
+ A new folder tab will be opened in the active panel.
+ The current folder will be: "d:\Downloads\Zips\Opera\Phoenity Native.zip\mail_headers".
</Feature Added in T.C. 7.03>
