More option to compare

Post by *rockballad »

Hi there,

Sometimes I have two lists of file (2 directories) with same filenames, (but don't know they're the same in content), only different in last-modified attribute. For example, I created a list of output file at a time, and later, another list of output file. I want to compare 2 folder (2 list files). There's a time, they're the same but TC doesn't show that due to different in last-modified time.

Therefore, can we have more option in comparing 2 directories? E.g. ignore datetime? If they're same in filename, content, so they should be the same. How do you think?

Thanks and best regards,
Rock Ballad

How about cm_FileSync? There's
  • [X] by content
    [X] ignore date
Who the hell is General Failure, and why is he reading my disk?

So, [Shift F2] is the quick shortcut, I don't think we need an extra dialog for these option.

That's good for now.

Thank you and the Author again!
