more overview in synchronize directories: show like a tree

It would be a nice feature to be able to have more overview in the synchronize directories dialog by collapsing directories.

I think of something like:

[-] Directory 1
[+] Directory 2
    File 1
    File 2
    File 3
[-] Directory 3 (Subdir of directory 2)

Or perhaps also like:

[-] Directory 1
[+] Directory 2
    [+] Subdir 1
        File 1
        File 2
    [-] Subdir 2
    File 1
    File 2
    File 3
[-] Directory 3

This would be very handy, because many times I only must know the directory and the first files. Then I want to look to the next directory. But I have to scroll and search when the Directories change.
By the way I prefer the first "flat" "tree".

I also would suggest file-icons for this dialog.
