Wouldn't it be nice if navigating the left an right view would navigate in separate threads? Now quite ofter one of my views is the slower one (over remote network, of ftp), which block navigation in faster window.
I wouldn't mind if the menu (or the rest of the program) blocks until both windows finish navigating.
