So what are you looking for?
They posted guides, examples and testing tools.

He is looking for a "think about what the plugin should be able to do, then click this button to output the plugin" tool, obviously.

Haha, you obviously think I am an idiot. I know what a program is capable of doing so don't talk too much.
I was just curious how to write a plugin that will serve some program so I asked here.
