View Of All files and folder in a branch

With the command Ctrl+B is possible to see all files in a branch of directories.
Is there also command to see in addition the folders?

Unfortunately not. You can only see the path to each file in the status line or in custom columns view, if you configure it.

You can do a search with empty "Search for" string and afterwards press button "Feed to listbox".

A another solution is you create a new "Custom Columns" View with [=tc.path], then you use BranchView and sort it by Path.
