Plugin Manager for TC
What I missing in TC is a fast way to se all my plugins and current status.
So I created a Plugin Manager(PM). It's a stand-alone program that show
all plugins in a treeview.
You see if a plugin is missing, you can quickly disable a plugin.
PM allows you to add, delete & change your plugins. To add a new, simply
drag and drop to main window, or drag plugin to programicon. PM detect
what type it is and show the right dialogbox, allowing you to change
detectstring(wlx), extension(wcx) & rootname (wfx).
No download yet, but here is a screenshot!
Green lights = plugin OK
Red lights = plugin missing
Yellow lights = plugin is disable (offline)

It will be released in a couple of weeks.

You have to copy those files manually.djk wrote:Looks nice.
What about additional files? I mean language files, dlls, inis - the files which are sometmies also needed to copy during installation of the plugin?
I have just tried, a packer plugin can only associated with one extension.djk wrote: What about packer plugins which can be associated to many extensions?
Or can you? How?

Lefteous,

The betatesters do. And I am sure that if they would be allowed to talk about the beta they'd say that there's nothing groundbreaking in the way TC 6.0 handles plugins.Who knows what plugin manager capabilities TC 6.0 will have...?

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Sorry, no plugin manager yet.
I'm thinking about a solution where people could download and install plugins directly from within Total Commander, but the project hasn't made much progress yet.
