Quick search function is not applied in multibyte character.

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

First of all I'm Korean user.

Quick search function is not applied in multibyte character in Korean version of windows xp.

So, I request quick search is applied in multibyte character..

Try using the option "Letters - with search dialog" in configuration - options - display. This should also work with Korean.
