How To Navigate With Mouse + Keyboard ASDW

Hey peoplez i was using
ASDW

but i only have one problem how do i assign Up and Down for W & S

I use
Shift + A to copy from right to left
Shift + D to copy from left to right
CTRL+ A to replace from left to right
CTRL+ D to replace from right to left
A = Backbutton
D = forwardbutton

I can't find UP and Down i've tried adding: cm_gotoPrevious but i couldn't make it work.

I also wanna add E to open files/activate the file. but also couldn't find that.

Hope somebody got some answer
