e.g.:
TabTimer=1000, 1000ms (1 second = 1000 ms)
TabTimer=-1, disable this function.
Would be more convenient for mouse users.
And, perhaps might also prolong the mouse's life

Seems that really interfere somethingsqa_wizard wrote:This will interfere the tooltip display.
Tooltip is useful to display the whole path of an inactive tab.
1000=1sec means : displaying the tab tooltip will automatically select this tab... bad cards if this one is a slow network drive or a ftp connection.
I need at least 5000=5sec to overcome this. This means I have to hover 5 sec over a tab to select it ... no improvement at all IMHO.
But sometimes keyboard is not the best choice, especially when you're shuttling between TC work which can be done by mouse or by keyboard and other work which must need a mouse - in that case keeping mouse in hand to do all the work is considerable.HolgerK wrote:The best medicine for a mouse life, is to use the keyboard.![]()
I support this request as a alternative for my favourite behaviour: Scroll the directoy-tabs with (right mouseclick and ) mousewheel.zhv wrote:I hope TC can switch to focus automatically the tab my mouse curse hovers on after certern time - intend to save a left single click.
