Getting Started with TConsole 2.1

Can't figure out how to get started with TConsole. Readme.txt is too vague for me. How do I get TConsole to sync with the other TC window? I have read the dozen or so pages in the TConsole topic in this forum, but I am missing some starting information.

To synch TConsole with other panel from keyboard use Ctrl+arrow(left or right, depend on which panel console window belongs - left or right).
Console should be active (blinking cursor).
Or use menu: Right+click->"Synchronize directory" command.
