Feed "Search panel": from a file

Hello,

it would be very nice to have a "Search results:" like panel, that is fed from a file (containing file list). It is very useful for heavy users of console commands (like me), when the output of the command maybe fed into a TC file panel.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to implement using FS plug-ins, since plug-in file panel lacks many features like custom view, file comments, background copy etc.

Is it possible to add a TC command which takes file name as a parameter, and creates a fully functional, "Search results:" like, file panel?
