I need the hlp file

I have use tcm nove fore many ear but I meissing help doc.
Over every thing that can bee done in this nice prog.
Can I get an complit download off the wincmd.hlp file?
Fore some reason I can not veiw that file and allway error when
I try too open it or save it

I still can find the help file in the meny list
