Wishlist: EXE/DLL viewer

Post by *ctiberg »

It would be very nice to have a lister plugin that can list an EXE/DLL with all exported routines. It'd also be good if it could show all icons and other resources in a list with extract possibility :)

The WLX plugin FileInfo lists PE informations and exported routines.
The plugin wcres.wcx allows you to enter in a exe file and extract its resources.

Yeah.. Thanks.. But it'd be even better with a unified plugin :)

It's not possible : to see the exported functions, you need a WFX plugin and to extract resouces, a WCX plugin is the best solution.

There's no such thing as impossible - just varying difficulty :) I could easily envision a Lister plugin with a tabbed interface, one tab listing information and exports, the other listing resources with a save option...
