Yes, the Windows installer includes these languages:
Catala.CAB
Cesky.CAB
Dansk.CAB
Deutsch.CAB
Espanol.CAB
Francais.CAB
Hellenic.CAB
Italiano.CAB
Korean.CAB
Magyar.CAB
Nederlands.CAB
Polski.CAB
Romana.CAB
Russian.CAB
Simplified Chinese.CAB
Slovensky.CAB
Svenska.CAB
Traditional Chinese.CAB

and of course the built-in english language. If you install the program via CAB file, you will need to download the language file separately by choosing "Download" in the about/config dialog, or by downloading the language file from http://www.ghisler.com/ce.htm .
